Most recruitment processes include an aptitude test. As with most things in life, preparation is KEY to being successful in aptitude tests.
When preparing for aptitude tests, you should aim to achieve two things:
Aptitude assessment tests are usually conducted with very tight time limits. Hence, during preparation, your aim is not to learn how to answer the questions only. You need to learn how to answer the questions quickly.

Numerical Reasoning Test
Numerical tests are designed to assess your understanding of tables of statistical and numerical data as well as your ability to make logical deductions.
Verbal Reasoning Test
Verbal tests are designed to measure your ability to understand written information and to evaluate arguments about this information.
Inductive Reasoning Test
Inductive reasoning tests measure the ability to work flexibly with unfamiliar information and find solutions. People who perform well on these tests tend to have a greater capacity for conceptual and analytical thought.
